I get my taxes prepared here every year. They are always very efficient, informative and polite. They have a great team with a broad knowledge on taxes. They are a great family owned business and i will continue to use them for all of my tax needs.
Jason and Lori both assisted me not only in filing my taxes, but so so SO much more! It would take too long to explain in this post, but I will just say that some of my filings were not your typical or standard filings and so there were some additional steps involved that were a bit complicated. If I could give 'zero' stars, I would. I work for a CPA firm in NC. Mr. Moulton's office prepared the 2022 tax return for the father of one of my clients in 2023. In error, Joy Taylor, who works for Mr. Moulton and prepared the tax return, used MY client's Social Security number on the tax return instead of her actual client's. When my office electronically filed our client's tax return, it was rejected by the IRS, since H&R Block had already used my client's SS# on THEIR client's tax return.
