We were first greeted warmly, at the Yakima office, by the receptionist. Through the entire process, Rowan and Jenny made our sessions run smoothly. They both were very professional, explaining each step of creating our Estate Plan thoroughly and in an understandable manner. They listened to our concerns and questions and treated us respectfully. Rowan helped formulate a plan that best suited our family and Jenny's summarization made the signing easy.
