Damaged order due to Mouldings One’s unsatisfactory shipping technique. It is ridiculous for Mouldings One to think the way to get a sixteen foot pallet off of a Penske enclosed truck is to drag it with a chain to the end of the truck opening, use the tags of the forklift for one end of the pallet and the truck lift on the other end of the pallet to lower it to the ground without damaging it. We have a house built in 1940 and was having a hard time finding the base cap profile used throughout the house for our bathroom remodel. Mouldings One did an incredible job replicating it from a sample we sent them! Working with Martha was really easy. Im so happy we can keep the original character of the home throughout!
