I have started massage therapy a couple months ago, around 4 months after a shoulder surgery. It’s been an incredibly helpful part of my healing process, not just for my shoulder, which was directly affected, but for my overall body awareness. I’m really grateful for the support and care I’ve received through the massages. It’s been a key part of my recovery and feel happy that I found someone like Naomi to help me with my healing.
Naomi is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable instantly. I’ve been going to her for a couple months now and she’s been so helpful for my strength and pain!
I’ve been seeing Naomi for massage therapy and now I’m diving into her Yoga/Pilates Rehab sessions — clearly, I’m hooked! Naomi has that magic combo of skill, empathy, and down-to-earth humour that makes you feel completely comfortable, even while she’s finding muscles you forgot you had.
