Avoid , terrible service and still waiting for them to sort out my son’s wheelchair ! Was faulty on delivery which took several attempts for them to acknowledge this , now I haven’t a clue what’s happening very poor communication and still no wheelchair!
The team at Motus have been so helpful. They provided me with a Q300 mini wheelchair super quick when my trusty old chair was on its last wheels. They've been out to see me and sort out any problems I have promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you need a new wheelchair.
