I was mistakenly over taxes on my mileage reimbursement. They thought I was on leave. That's not the problem. The problem is how THEY HANDLE mistakes. I called several times, send email. Been told they will call me back. They hang up on me and ignored my called leavening me on wait to talk to someone that apparently wasn't in there because when I asked for a manager the manager wasn't there.
