TWO WEEKS EXACTLY from ink on the contract to ink on the closing package. Working with Motto as a whole, professionally, has always been smooth sailing and great teamwork but for a personal purchase for our family, Baker & Gregory knocked it out of the park! I already recommend them to anyone looking for a lender but the personal experience proved yet another reason why anyone looking to purchase shouldn't hesitate to call them!
I Can Not Recommend Taylor and Bethany Enough! As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect. But I will say, it was much easier and nothing near as bad as some nightmares I’ve heard from friends trying to purchase their homes from other companies!
