Never calls back
If it were possible to give less then 1 star I would. This is a dishonest, sham of a brokerage company. A few of the serious flaws, apart from dishonest staff who purposely "ghosted" me for 5 days are there predatory lending practices. They never locked my rate (despite multiple requests), costing me 1.5% increase in loan costs. They lied, misled, and gave poor advise, costing me thousands of dollars and delaying the closing by 1.5 months. Their poor practice placed my family and I solely as the victims.
