Nick and his team were amazing!! He was extremely helpful getting us to where we needed to be to even start the process. Then he walked us through it every step of the way. I even had a fairly quick turn around on his requests, and Nick and his processor Kara were able to keep up with me. Anytime I had questions it was easy to get ahold of them.
