We used Tom to help us secure a mortgage for our new home. Tom worked incredibly quickly. He was available outside of regular business hours, even working on Friday night to get us a pre-approval. He took the time to address any questions or concerns we had and gave us regular updates on our loan process. Shortly after we moved in, we received a lovely personalized ice bucket from Tom, which was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Tom and the Motto Mortgage team!
