Bad reputation company. I would rather not give one star. David the owner was introduced by my broker to help home loan. Confirmed with me 4s on Feb 9. Then followed David and broke guide . I signed contract. Hire attorney. Paid bank service fee. Paid deposit paid inspection fee. But after waiting for 60 days before 11 days to closing day on April 8. David told me you were not approved.
