Our loan agent was Steve Medina and given that we were buying in September, when rates were so CRAZY, he was incredibly important to us!! He somehow found a lender with rates that are even better than what is out there now! He was patient, extremely knowledgeable of the process and the market and always available. I think he's helped us buy our forever home, but if we do move, he'll be one of our first calls!
I could not recommend Christian Carter or Motto Mortgage more. When buying my house lots of unexpected things out of our control hit the fan and Christian very expertly navigated the chaos and got us to the close smoothly. Everytime I had a concern, Christian had an answer (and if he didn't, he found it!)
