Josh was responsive to my requests for assistance and explanation far beyond expectation, considerably so even outside of normal business hours. There was no point at which I felt a lack of support. Weekly updates were provided outside of continued correspondence. Advance notice was given when I was needed to take action in any documents needing to be signed. If I had more than two thumbs up to give, or more than five stars to rate, I would do so in an instant.
