Just okay.. Joe in SF was really nice over the phone and gave me a small discount but after I told him that I live in SJ did not tell me about their store in Redwood city, I learned it on my own over the net. Joe was great and deserves 4.5 stars but the guy at the Redwood city location deserves 2 starts. I am new to this e-scooter and wanted the sale/repair guy show me all the little details (many years in electronics and engineering) and this guy just stood there offering no help. Called for help with my scooter. They could have made a future customer but instead were pretty snarky. I'd go somewhere else if you're reading this and you have other options.
