Miles behind compared to the Bike Shed (Cardiff, now closed). Took my bicycle here due to jumping gears. My alarm bells should have been ringing when it was suggested without propping up the bicycle on a stand that I need a new rear cassette and chain for £100 incl. labour. I went with it, as Dave seemed nice. The good thing, cassette and chain were swapped on the same day and my bike was cleaned to a great extent.
