Great company. They know what they are doing and make a great product.
Had the unfortunate circumstances to have to utilize their services I was highly impressed on how quickly they turned around the shades that had to be cut down. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but the cut down sides were better than it came out of the factory.
FAST, RELIABLE and very PROFESSIONAL! I have had my motorized darkening shades for a few years. No trouble, easy maintained, and I can even control the shade through Alexa. Any questions I have or had were answered completely and efficiently. Several of my friends have used this company and are completely satisfied. News is spreading.
I placed and order with Motorized Window Treatments after speaking with one of their in office sales associates. The entire process from point of sale through the install was top notch. I highly recommend using this company. The process was simple and they are willing to work around your schedule to ensure a smooth install process. I definitely will be using this company for my future home improvement window treatment projects.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Full of attitude. NEVER USE THEM!! This company did a poor install on my home and then refuse to service the blinds, so whatever you buy, you are stuck with. I've held my tongue now for a long time because they are one of the ONLY people in the business. But you sell your soul to the DEVIL when you deal with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
