At the time we purchased our car, we had major family events happening. Not only did Benni sell us a great car at an awesome price. He was sympathetic, calming and professional. Later, we spoke with Mike and he was the same as Benni, a class-act. BTW, we are 3000 miles away so it was not a simple transaction.
Bought a 2018 M3 CS from this dealership. Was told the car came with two keys. When I only got one key after delivery of the car I tried reaching out to the salesman who sold me the car about the second key and never heard back. Tried calling and emailing the sales rep. Ended up just paying BMW $500 for the second key.
