I understand that transport brokers are at the mercy of the actual company they hire but even though I got a fair price, they said 1-4 days so I based my moving schedule around 4 days but at 4 days they couldn't give me an update so I drove my uhaul to the next state and had to fly back because it ended up being 7 days and I had to call to get updates otherwise I wouldn't get any. Called for a quote .. very inflated .. then in mid conversation he walks away from the phone call and a girl resumes out of thin air . I would steer clear of them ! Much better options out there by far money wise and professional wise as well.

Bike was supposed to be shipped out April 28. With the possibility of it leaving early. I called on the 28th of April. Talked with them and was told they would get right back to me once the called the carrier to find out what was going on. They never called back. I emailed for info and called again late afternoon and left a message. Still nothing. Called you again the next day at 1:30 pm. Stay away from this company. Promised they would be able to ship our bikes and at the last minute they were a no show and did not bother to contact us. I was the one that would have to keep calling and Nicole strung us along. Will never do business with them and I suggest everyone stay away. Just to clarify on your reply not once did you call me. I called you everyday for a 2 weeks. There was never a return call.
