Dealing with Costa was a pleasure. He answered all my questions fast and without trying to upsell me at any point. Service, compliancing and pick up for delivery to Auckland were dealt with within 2-3 days. The bike arrived exactly in the condition described and shown on the photos - as new, with full set of documentation and extra parts. Recommended 🚀
The bike I purchased had fueling issues under 3,000 rpm, a faulty fuel sensor and the steering lock still doesn't work. Communication to resolve the issue from Costa was poor. He did refund some of costs to repair the bike. The amount refunded was based on his own views. This whole issue could have been easily resolved if Costa simply communicated better.
Wow, lots of 1 star reviews. All in 1 day.... almost seams like the 'be kind' is rubbish. You dont have to agree. But, you also dont have to destroy someones business. Did i give a 1 star rating for how this this govt is handling their power? .... I would if I could. But, that would be from evidence. Not from a heap of 12 year olds who can never afford to buy a motorbike anyway.
