This was by far the WORST experience that I have had with a wedding vendor to date! After booking our transportation for $550 back in the first week of September I caught the company charging me an extra $115 to my card without any explanation as to what the additional fee was for. Was it for the driver's tip? Was it a cleaning fee? It was never explained to me. Called them looking to maybe work for them and he picks up saying "What do you want?" in a rude tone and hung up abruptly after I told him

DO NOT PAY IN FULL OR USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately we were too trustworthy, expecting the owner to be honest and honor the agreement. Multiple phone calls and emails to the owner have gone unanswered after full payment FOR YEARS NOW!
