Not Freindly at All. No Warm Greeting. Felt very uncomfortable. So much is had to leave!!! Asked a question. He just said "Its over there on the other side" By the way I came in there to buy bikes for my whole Family. And you were one of two stores I narrowed down to do business with. Was it my dress? Hey I do construction we don't always look the Best. Sorry I wasn't in a suit and tie. But instead in a cut off T-shirt and Work Boots. What was it? Why i didn't recieve good Customer service??? Great shop great mechanics
We had such a great experience with everyone at Motor City Bikes in Brighton! We stopped by twice while deciding on the right Aventon e-bike, and the staff was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They let us test ride several models, which helped us make the best choice. We even customized our bikes, and the whole team was super accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for an e-bike or great customer service!
