I ordered two Aventon e-bikes from Motor City Bicycle. Initially, I wasn’t sure whether to order direct from Aventon or go through a local shop. But after having issues with Aventon’s post-sale support, I’m glad that I trusted my gut and went through Motor City Bicycle instead. They were excellent both before and after the sale, and helped resolve a manufacture issue that was otherwise stuck. Their service before and after the sale has been outstanding. Great selection and even better staff — highly recommend.
Friendly staff and top shelf service of bicycles!
Almost every time I go into the store I'm ignored. They rarely if have her have any of the parts or consumables that I would be looking for. And their services are just overpriced. This store is the main reason I buy parts online and don't feel bad for my local bike shop.
