Anthony & James (I think that was his name 😂) were all very respectful, curious and very helpful. They all actually were very helpful. They helped my boyfriend's family with their wheelchair batteries. When my boyfriend's brother took the 2 batteries up to a different location they weren't very helpful at all. I had a fantastic experience at Motor City Battery Company today. After my battery suddenly failed, I stopped in expecting to pay much more than I did elsewhere. Not only were their prices significantly better, but they were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful. I ride past every day because I live less than 2 minutes away but never noticed it. My son’s car needed a battery so I used google to find a place that I could buy a battery and where they would install it. I had the best experience at Motor City! I’m mad at myself because I cannot remember the employee’s name that helped us. As soon as my fiancé and I walked in it was very inviting. Exceptional service, pulled into their lot, employee came out and tested my car battery, my battery was good and off i went, took 10 minutes and there was no cost! Wow!
I came in to get a replacement for my quad battery. They had the battery and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back for my battery needs.
