Whilst not as yet as bad as British gas. I pray that a company out there will actually employ Staff who have an ability to speak and understand English. My complaint is a very simple one, save for the fact that this company have already engaged in a campaign of deceit. I simply want access to my APP, my Account and so on but its almost impossible. Please re set my account, my password and username.
They took my first months payment today.
