Had my taxes prepared by Jeffrey. He made a $8000 mistake. Called and never got calls back. Never fixed my return and I had to pay the IRS for his mistakes. Had to pay someone else the next year to redo the return he did as well. Never will use this service again or refer anyone. Very unprofessional and never tried to correct his mistakes.
