I reached out to them regarding a 'Serious Matter' via email.. And I even sent all ' Requested Information ' over and I never received a response back by email or by mail. For a Law Firm whose motto on their website states: " We offer compassionate support, understanding, and believe in standing up for what's right and standing by potential clients side ".. I received: NO COMPASSION, NO UNDERSTANDING REGARDING MY COMPLAINT, and NO ONE STOOD BY MY SIDE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.. I was instead IGNORED without a reasonable cause.
Motley Rice seems to have a knack for hiring paralegals who are more focused on defending their own attitude than actually helping clients. Crystal, the paralegal from Rhode Island I spoke with, was already brimming with condescension from the get-go.
