Ridiculous
Been a client for many years . Every contact with Motive has been met with all Representatives being cordial , helpful , and knowledgeable . All written correspondence from Motive , is always timely & complete along with Rates better than industry standards . I look forward to continuing business with Motive Financial
I'm not sure who let Motive Financial be an institution, specifically one where people use on a day to day basis and actually leave their money in savings, it's absolutely appalling because I can't imagine using the outdated, poor, interface on web and mobile; I wouldn't trust keeping my funds on this site. Sure, I was lured in by the attractive rates, but it was a pain to move my money, set up a PAD, and get a hold of someone. Motive is a real no-frills bank. It offers some of the best rates, but poor customer service. I would recommend this bank if you are willing to wait on the phone for an hour for many services.
