I'll give you 2 stars only for the fact that your resources in the centre are great and the OT's whom we have worked with have been great. However the change over of charges midway through a service agreement was unfair and the charges of 25 minutes to set up and write notes for a client is rediculous. Id like to note that never have any of our ot's done a set up before we walked into ot, all of the set ups for any type of therapy have been done during our session. We have been going to motivate kids for about a year now roughly and they are all so kind, caring and welcoming, my son Brodie always asks to go see Matt his OT and always has so much fun in sessions and has made amazing progress since starting, Matt is very supportive of not only Brodie but myself as well
