The OT staff are lovely, albeit regularly turned over. Sadly there seems to be regular new policies and increases in charges and procedures which leave us out of pocket because NDIS fund for school weeks only, not holidays (which we now must attend). Not great communication between staff. I have often been called for 3 times about the same question (which I have replied to on the first call) and spent way too long chasing up proof of payment for apparent "unpaid invoices" because of admin errors.
