Shaun is a gem! He is adept at diagnosing a problem and recommending a plan. He helped me recover quickly from shoulder surgery and I keep coming back for his talented body work. He expects you put in the work on your own time, this is not somewhere you go to just get supervised through exercises.

I’ve been seeing Shaun at Motion PT twice a week after tweaking my back snowboarding, and he’s been awesome. He’s helped me build back my core and glute strength, loosen things up with manual work, and get back to doing what I love—riding, biking, skiing, all of it. Shaun gets athletes. He knows how we move and pushes the right amount without overdoing it. Super chill vibe, great crew, and they actually spend time with you. If you’re active in Park City and want to stay that way, Motion’s the place.
