I'm a 71 year old guy who does his best to maintain fitness. I was concerned when I found myself stepping flat when walking and tripped over a rock while fast walking - so I got a referral for PT. Motion PT introduced me to several exercise regimens that help strengthen the muscles in the leg and ankle. The exercises have helped me maintain my personal fitness without fear of falling.
