Not sure how their PT is but I can comment on their admin side which sadly matters a lot in our healthcare system. I called with a referral in hand. They said it needed to be faxed directly from the doctor or hand delivered. Their email "didn't receive attachments." Doctor sent the fax the next day. They never reached out to set up an appointment. I called two times leaving messages and getting no response. A month had passed before I went in with a physical copy of the referral. The receptionist at the Dorchester, MA location demonstrates ongoing unprofessionalism and a lack of courtesy toward clients.
