This is a very nice complex and provides a lot of things for people from MPI including housing. I am going there for physical therapy. They have a wonderful setting for that with great physical therapists.
Today I happened to be by the Starbucks on platt street in Woodland Hills. I saw a bus driver picking up 2 elderly people from the dollar tree. He was yelling at them telling them to hurry up and get in the bus. He proceeded to grab one of their walkers and threw it in the van. It was heartbreaking to watch this happen. I called and spoke to Wilson Wong. He said he would speak to driver.

The Lodge often, and too often does not answer the phone. One is always receiving a message machine after 10 times of trying to get a hole of a patient. Unacceptable for the money paid! Shameful.
