I bought two electric bikes in January 2020 for my wife and myself. We live on the central coast and what a great purchase it has been. We both enjoy our bikes very much. Mike (Motion Madness) was great to work with, and continues to be helpful in every way, answering any questions we have regarding the bikes operation(s). I did considerable research for an e-bike & found Himiway bikes that are well made, with upgraded components, superior battery, good reviews and comparable pricing to other e-bikes in price range. I looked for a local dealer & hit on Motion Madness in Pismo Beach. I met with Mike (owner) at his garage "showroom" & test rode several e-bikes. My husband & I had our bikes converted to e-bikes by Mike and have been thrilled with the result. We now ride all over town so easily! Mike did not pressure us into buying but was very informative and helpful. He has also been a great support with any questions we have had since purchasing the bikes.

Had a conversion done on my Specialized RockHopper 29’r and bought a new Trek Marlin 29’r electric mountain bike from Motion Madness Mike for my wife. Mike is great to work with, and really excels at listening and providing custom solutions for his customers. If you are totally new to electric bikes, he’s also super helpful in finding just the right fit for you.
