Mike was wonderful and persistent in getting my e-biking working smoothly. He communicated well along the way, keeping me in the loop if there were delays or a need to purchase parts. I appreciated his depth of knowledge and dedication to his craft. Very grateful to have a working bike back!

Mike was a very nice guy who fixed a wire on my bike in less than an hour! Many of the bike shops I called couldn’t do electrical stuff but Mike did great!

I bought two electric bikes in January 2020 for my wife and myself. We live on the central coast and what a great purchase it has been. We both enjoy our bikes very much. Mike (Motion Madness) was great to work with, and continues to be helpful in every way, answering any questions we have regarding the bikes operation(s). My husband & I had our bikes converted to e-bikes by Mike and have been thrilled with the result. We now ride all over town so easily! Mike did not pressure us into buying but was very informative and helpful. He has also been a great support with any questions we have had since purchasing the bikes.
