After a very frustrating experience with another mobility company where I waited over a month with no resolution, I contacted this company and the difference was immediate. I briefly explained the situation and they sent a technician out the very next day. She even offered to install a used brake temporarily so my mom would be safe until the new part arrived — which alone shows how much they care. If I could score higher than the five I would. The staff at motions have been amazing. They Make Carolyn‘s comfort and meeting her needs Their top priority. Whenever there’s a problem, they go above and beyond to make sure the disruption in her routine is Minimum. They’re always friendly and kind and make their clients feel special. This group is definitely one of a kind. The impact on their clients lives is one that can’t be measured. I don’t think they get enough credit or recognition for all they do. Thanks motions staff!
