Brought in a newly purchased-never used mobility walker to have the left handle brake tightened. I called left 2 messages to get an appointment, waited a week. Then filled out the online appointment maker. Waited a week. Called on a Monday morning. Receptionist said to come in the same day. The gentleman fixed the brake. No parts needed.
