I have been meaning to write a review forever. We have dealt with Craig mostly here and previous to this at Motion Specialists and prior to that. In fact we have had Craig helping us for over 20 years to meet our son's needs for his wheelchair. He is amazing. He is fantastic at what he does and brings it all with a great dose of fun. I am a first time customer to this location. I’ve been to Motion in St. Catharines. It wasn’t what I would have expected from Motion. When I took my wheelchair to Motion in Hamilton I was greeted with a warm hello and was asked “how can I help you”. I told the young lady my concern that I had with my wheelchair. She went to the back to get a technician who’s name was Paul. He was a very professional gentleman. He assured me that he could fix my chair and could do it while we waited. I've been receiving excellent services from Motion for years now and everything from custom applications to follow up service is always fantastic! A recent repair on my power chair was handled with over the top consideration and thoughtfulness that prompted me to recommend the terrific service Motion has to offer.
