Our experience with Wes and Nick was very positive during our son’s chair clinic appointments. They are meticulous with the adjustments that needed to be made and their service is exemplary. Custom products were made beautifully and fitted with care. They worked closely with the OT and did everything possible to make our son comfortable and his chair functional. Highly recommend their service.

Highly impressed and pleased with my Motion Hamilton power chair maintenance experience. Susana in the office was excellent with keeping me informed throughout the process, providing me with detailed, technical explanations in lay person terms, and expediting my parts order in a timely fashion. Paul went above and beyond in anticipating my problem prior to his visit, and he kept my power chair running safely until my new parts came in. David our Motion Technician was a pleasure to deal with. In addition to servicing all 4 of our wheelchair racing chairs to our satisfaction, he did it with a smile. I needed to order some wheel bearings for my daughter's wheelchair, and Jennifer from Motion was to take help getting ordered and following us since there was a delay from the vendor's end. The technician was very prompt in meetimg me for my appointment and replaced the bearings in less than 10 minutes. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
