Having our chair lift installed was much easier than we expected. Richard Mackenzie was the consummate professional as he clearly explained the product to us and answered all our questions. Installation was quick and easy and the product is wonderful … we are very happy!
I have had a really great experience working with Motion in Bracebridge. Throughout the process from sales to installation the experience has been wonderful. Richard Mackenzie helped me immensely throughout the sales and installation process. He was always willing to take a phone call and answer my numerous questions. Richard and Ed were here this morning as promised and did a wonderful job of installing our Bruno stair lift, within a week of our first contact with Richard MacKenzie. Richard Mackenzie is a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson. He explained the various options I had for a stairlift and seemed to know exactly what would suit me best. His installation team were here today to install the stairlift. They, too, were very professional and polite. They made sure that I was comfortable using the lift before they left and that everything was neat and tidy. I highly recommend them.
