Nick helped my mom out with a malfunctioning remote for her mechanical lift at her retirement home. He took extra time to deliver a working remote to the retirement home to make sure my mom was able to get out of bed as soon as possible. The lift wasn't purchased from Motion but they were able to help when other vendors were not.
Excellent experience with the Bruno SRE‑3050. I appreciate the professionalism and sincerity of Motion’s technicians—especially Nicholas—during both the installation and the post‑sales support.
