Called Motion over the weekend to inquire about some mobility aid rentals. Although they weren’t able to provide exactly what we needed in our short time frame, Saeed went above and beyond with customer service over the phone.
My power chair had a complicated issue, but the team at Motion didn't quit until it was solved. I would like to thank Nicholas, Jean and especially Kris. Kris went over and beyond to help me. They advertise a wide selection and have nothing in store. Extremely disappointing experience, go somewhere else.
