Fixed me up in very short notice and even stayed a little late. They also got me an additional temporary chair that was incredible convenient and comfortable at an extremely reasonable price.
They, office staff as well as their technician (Sean), have been exceptional in every way. They made a complicated purchase easy; the staff is helpful all the time; and Sean has been indispensable with the situation we have. Sold me a superpole with two ceiling plates. Wouldn't admit that the plate extender was supposed to be a pole extension of 2 extra feet which would make the pole go up from 8 ft to 10 ft. They wouldn't exchange the plate extender for the right part. I spent over $2000 in mobility items. This is the second time they make a mistake and they don't own to it. They lost my business.
