They, office staff as well as their technician (Sean), have been exceptional in every way. They made a complicated purchase easy; the staff is helpful all the time; and Sean has been indispensable with the situation we have. Sold me a superpole with two ceiling plates. Wouldn't admit that the plate extender was supposed to be a pole extension of 2 extra feet which would make the pole go up from 8 ft to 10 ft. They wouldn't exchange the plate extender for the right part. I spent over $2000 in mobility items. This is the second time they make a mistake and they don't own to it. They lost my business.

Bought my scooter here in 2017, get it tuned up every year, just had it in for a check up. From the receptionist, to the staff to the repair technicians, they are all very professional, quick and excellent at what they do. Highly recommended.
