I made the mistake of sending my friend on ODSP to these professionals. He needed a walker. He was charged $75 and told it was for the “room rental” for his appointment. They then LIED and told him he “ has no choice in where he wants to purchase it and HAS TO buy from them.” They did not fax his ADP form to Wellwise as he requested and withheld it. What an amazing experience at Motion. All the staff I dealt with are knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, friendly, kind and understanding. They made me feel at ease with what I deemed to be a difficult situation. Left feeling valued. High praise for the Physiotherapist Ton....what a awesome, caring and experienced soul.
