I've been looking for a particular part for a scooter and it seemed that anyplace I conta ted never replied or couldn't order it. Until I spoke to Cindy. Her reply to my email was almost instant. Checked availability, contacted other stores with stock and boom I got the part. Seems simple but I appreciated the quick follow up with detail and to me thats great customer service. Thank you Cindy and Motion.
