We are blown away by the lack of customer service, care and professionalism from this company. We have been trying to finalize a wheelchair for my teenage daughter. this process started almost a year ago. first the lack of communication of what was needed by our benifits provider before the chair could be ordered. this could have been explained when the process began so we could get it in play while we were fitting her for her chair and picking what she wanted/needed. that is the least of the issues at this point. the chair ... read more

Motions specialties they are the best, and they know what they’re doing they are very efficient what they doing, though out Alberta Red deer & Calgary if you need a manual chair & power chair go see them and you’ll won’t regret it.
Fantastic people here! Super helpful & knowledgeable. John is very friendly. They tweaked our wheelchair for free twice (5 min fixes) but, still most places would charge! Just a very good business to deal with! Thanks Motion Red deer!
