I have had the pleasure of motion throughout the years they've assist me better than other places here in Sault Ste Marie. They have installed grab bars around my apartment, they have gone beyond well coming to my house they all have been extremely friendly and yesterday they delivered a lift chair and were very professional funny and good-hearted guys Seriously I do appreciate you guys give me that a lot easier for me these past years. Thanks the whole crew has been phenomenal

I went in to inquire about a piece of medical equipment I need, was told I would receive a call to discuss options. 2 weeks went by, and I called them. Was told someone was going to call me with a quote, which is silly because we hadn't even discussed options. When I stated my displeasure at the lack of promptness, I was told the person I originally spoke with was "not in all the time", as if that is a viable excuse for them taking 2 weeks to get back to me. I had the most amazing experience with motion. My fiancé is now wheelchair bound and needed a stairlift installed. Steve and Guru went absolutely above and beyond to get the equipment installed quickly for us. They really are so passionate about what they do and you can tell how rewarding it is for them. When my father gave up his car we began shopping for mobility devices. The first place we looked were friendly enough but were very limited in their knowledge or how to make seniors comfortable with their choices. Thankfully we found Steve and his team at motion. Tried dealing with these goons on two separate occasions a few years apart,both times were the worst experiences I've had with any dealership of any kind and the so called "technicians" act like they can't even read yet..don't trust them with anything you value,I have a sick taste in my throat now thinking about them.... BEWARE!! (I give them one star because I have too)
