Brian was great getting me my power chair and getting everything set up exactly as I wanted. Helpful advice since it is my first power chair too.

They don't have a good line of communication open with their clients. I often have to call them about stuff and they aren't good at getting back to me.
The battery on my power chair was old and would not hold a charge. Because of this I was not able to do the activities I love to do. I called Motion told them I was worried about my battery life because I have a trip to Niagra Falls coming up. Motion listened to what I was saying and they went out of their way to get me a new battery for my power chair. Now I can continue doing the activities I love all thanks to Motion. Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service!!! Best in town. Motion came to our house with 2 hours notice and installed a battery into a power wheelchair. My friend was not able to travel the last few months due to his battery losing power so quickly. They completed a house call within hours and installed a loaner battery. My friend can now go to Niagara Falls this weekend because Motion made time and prioritized him. We will never forget what you did for us! Thank you SO MUCH!!!! You have restored our faith in humanity!
