I have had a great experience working with Donna B from the sales admin department. She was responsive, communicative, and able to help me in a pinch. I would highly recommend her and Motion to anyone looking for equipment in the London area.

Motion is the very best repair place for your wheelchair. Present chair needed minor repairs, the back up chair could not be charged and the portable lift was requiring service. It was like a miracle happened Tristan came when he said he would and to our surprise was able to repair all 3 items in 1 visit. The accessible industry can be very frustrating but not if you call Tristan at Motion.
I have only been with this company a little over a year and a half I must say they are awesome & they have treated me so well, I just wish that they had more offices all over Ontario so that customers would have faster services but other than that they are great
