Doug and Brody were here to reconnect my chair foot rest pad. I was very happy with their kindness, professionalism, diligence in ascertaining what needed to be done, and the follow through. Tyler was on site for a preliminary discussions regarding the installation of a stairlift or an outdoor lift. He reviewed the pros and cons of both, provided budgetary figures. and made some excellent suggestions. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
