Doug and Brody were here to reconnect my chair foot rest pad. I was very happy with their kindness, professionalism, diligence in ascertaining what needed to be done, and the follow through. It is a joy to find people who show pride in their work. This chair is my freedom and the upkeep is most most most greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tyler was on site for a preliminary discussions regarding the installation of a stairlift or an outdoor lift. He reviewed the pros and cons of both, provided budgetary figures. and made some excellent suggestions. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
