I have nothing but rave reviews for my experience dealing w/Motion. We have used their services in the past and always been very satisfied. My most recent experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Recently have had to rent a wheelchair and then switched to purchasing one. Erin was great at explaining options and ensuring we had one very quickly available. Always professional when answering any questions and gave exceptional customer service. Such a lovely experience.
The staff were very friendly and helpful initially and I was happy with my experience until I discovered that the purchase price of the wheelchair I had been renting was much lower than expected. I was very disappointed that no one discussed options with me upfront so I could make an informed decision on rent vs buy. I will own, that I could have asked more questions up front, but in the high stress situation I was in, trying to support my injured loved one, I made an incorrect assumption that the wheelchair would be $1000+ ... read more
