Friendly staff members. Employees have many years of experience working with different clients and their situations.
Make sure ur not the test dummy for there shop. Don't even tighten things rushing on a 22000 dollar machine. The left hydraulic let go on me because they rushd and didnt thighten everything. Now takes 2 weeks to get parts on something that should have been testd before u brought it to me. First day brought it the bars were 2 short for the hydraulic they didn't try it lol. So rush parts rush to put together and then it becomes a unsafe machine and it came apart on me I don't trust them now.

From my first encounter with Desiree, to the delivery of my new lift chair, service was excellent. The quality of the chair is well worth the high ticket price. Given that I am awaiting two pending surgeries, I have no doubt the investment will be well worth it.
