Molly provides far more individual attention than any other place. When going through exercises she gives 100% attention to make sure exercise is done correctly with correct form.

Molly is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about postpartum recovery. She explains things in ways you really can understand, even if not at first she has many examples to help you understand the way your body is supposed to move and how to fix if it’s not.
