Complete garbage! Paid nearly $6000 for two motion craft recliners that are falling apart in less than six months use. Motor mount bolts have broken off and fallen out, and they say it is operator error, but this is not the case. It is obviously a design flaw. They are sending parts for us to repair but will not stand behind their product. Wish I would’ve read other poor reviews prior to making this purchase. Expected so much more from an American made company.

We carry Motioncraft in our small town home store and have had no issues with the quality or beauty of the recliners we have sold to our customers. I personally have one in my own home and the comfort level surpasses any other we have had in the past.

Do NOT BUY from this company. the quality of their product is horrendous. We bought two motion recliners and both of them do not function properly. The motors do not work correctly and they do not close correctly. In addition the material which we upgraded to the highest performance is completely pitted and worn. My husband and I are 60 and 65 we have no children or animals. We have owned them for a short time and they look like we have had them forever. The company refuses to do anything about it.
