Do NOT BUY from this company. the quality of their product is horrendous. We bought two motion recliners and both of them do not function properly. The motors do not work correctly and they do not close correctly. In addition the material which we upgraded to the highest performance is completely pitted and worn. My husband and I are 60 and 65 we have no children or animals. We have owned them for a short time and they look like we have had them forever. The company refuses to do anything about it.
Got a load here and they said as long as we are here by 3:30 that we would be okay. We got here at 3:20 and they are gone. Spoke 2 times with them to confirm and let them know our eta. So, they get to go home and enjoy their air conditioning while we sit in the heat and try to find another load or spend the night with no amenities to be here in the morning. Words have meaning people so please don’t lie to hard working drivers.
I purchased a powered lift/ recliner chair for my mom in 2011 I selected one of their premium leathers and the nicer cushions. It never looked like the typical cheap lift chair because the quality is first rate. Her chair was used daily by her for years and my brother kept it after she passed. Their product is top notch. I was surprised to see the two poor reviews so I thought I should comment. I am on their site to look at models of sleeper sofas. I will order in confidence
