I've been attending Awareness Through Movement classes and Functional Integration sessions with Cody for the last 7 months. It has quickly become a staple in my busy schedule (mom of 3 over here!). Not only do I feel immediate benefits after these sessions but also in the following days. I have had a few Feldenkrais bodywork sessions with Cody as well as taken his group class. I highly recommend it. I can always feel the difference in my body immediately afterwards. This is not a massage, or easy to describe at all really, but I always feel freer and more easeful, and have less pain, after a session. I can say as a fellow body worker who has worked and trained among some of the best in the country, Cody's skills are top-tier and we are lucky to have him here in Evansville!
