As an Ottawa based interior designer I source furnishings regularly. I was recently tasked with sourcing a vintage teak table. I paid a visit to Mostly Danish Furniture at their Ingleside warehouse and spent hours looking though their extensive offerings. Drive across city to the Address on the website, to find out that the actual location is over an hour away. We called and was told total BS that Google won't let them have two addresses... Update: Wow, so there you have it, this is the kind of business you want to deal with? They have an inaccurate website and in stead of a "so sorry we are working on it" they throw an insult out. How will these people respond to a customer issue based on this interaction? - call you rude?
Zvi and Norbert were exemplary in restoring an old maple dining table. The stain we provided them was tricky to work with, and some cracks in the wood had to be filled but you wouldn't know it based on the final product. They even let us come on-site after testing different stains which allowed us to choose the best match to the dining chairs which made us feel more assured that the money was going to be well-spent.
