Balloons started deflating immediately. They didn’t tie them off only used the string to do so. Huge let down.
The shop is very beautiful ,,the balloons looks nice the lady made it beautiful

Wanted to return something that I wasn’t happy with and staff were quite pleasant and gave me a refund when many wouldn’t. I really appreciate their good customer service and will buy more things from them in the future.
