Can’t thank this company enough for taking amazing photos of my kiddo each year and also providing year-round support when it’s needed the most! I sadly forgot to order photos during the timeframe allotted through the school and Jess was more than willing to go above and beyond so I could have school photos that’ll last a lifetime. Thank you again!!
The most awful company for any school to use. They took pictures and half the students got them back. We got ours back and our daughter wasn't even smiling and she is photogenic. They are hard to reach and messed up on a lot of children's pictures and parents were not happy at all. I ended up going to another photographer who just told my daughter to smile and her pictures came out great. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
The owner Max was very responsive and helpful when I reached out for support. Excellent service. Above all, my son’s portrait looks AMAZING! I was holding my breath because the kid never sits still for a nice photo but MVP worked their magic and did an awesome job. Thank you!
Truly awful company. Don’t purchase your child’s school photos if the school is using this company. You will not get what you pay for, nor will you get a response back from them. I ordered photos last year, my kids face was yellow! I got no response for corrected photos. This year I ordered digitals, thinking maybe they have issues with the printing and that I would print them myself. I have not received the digital prints. I emailed. I have sent two emails and left a message. Still no response over 2 months, I received the incorrect order and have no pictures of my son to hand out for last year. We are already rolling into the new school year. Come on guys. Terrible attention to detail for an incorrect order, terrible communication, and inability to respond. 100% satisfaction guaranteed that's stated on the package is a lie. Send the digital copy at least so I can print my own. I'll be letting the school know as well since this isn't being resolved.
