I have been a patient of Dr. Moon for over 5 years. I travel from Delaware to his office in King of Prussia. Dr. Moon's expertise in pain management and spasticity is extensive providing me with the gift of mobility, freedom from pain, and independence. I highly recommend him as a physician.
My husband has his first eval this morning…. His therapist Brant was amazing, helpful and professional. My husband really liked him. The reason I gv 1 star is the receptionist that my husband saw before Brant…she was rude…. My husband was just about to leave due to her rudeness. He was glad he stayed after meeting Brant. The receptionist is the first face that patients see when entering a facility. They should be minimally polite; not rude. This receptionist made my husband feel like he was an annoyance . Please.
