I was looking for services April 3rd. I got denied services May 1st. That was completely fine. That day I received and email that my CD file which I needed to try to get representation from elsewhere would be mailed out that day. I finally called around the 13th and was put on hold and sent to a voicemail. I left a voicemail that I needed it back and to please call me. I just received the CD today and no communication otherwise. I find that very unprofessional.
This is a great firm. They have been handing a disability claim for us and are doing a fantastic job. We had our hearing almost 2 weeks ago and are awaiting the decision. Feeling very positive!
I would highly recommend Mossman Law office. The Legal Assistant assigned to my case was Heather, and she did an amazing job helping me file for disability benefits. She answered all of our questions and stayed in touch throughout the process until I was approved. Well done!
Fantastic representation. As well as beautiful happy people. When I can see that people are that happy at work it says everything. Smiles are contagious. And spread through everyone including a dog or 2...I wish I had reason to go back.
